1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
The request is made within 7 days of receiving your order
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Non-returnable items:
Opened or used cosmetic/beauty products
Items purchased on clearance or final sale
Gift cards or downloadable products
2. Return Process
To start a return, please contact our support team:

Provide the following:
Order number
Product name
Reason for return
Photo/video proof if the item is damaged or incorrect
After approval, we will send you instructions for shipping the product back.
Note:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved:
Refunds are issued to the original method of payment
Refund processing may take 3–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider
We do not provide refunds for:
Products returned in used or damaged condition
Items returned without authorization
Delivery fees (unless the error is from our side)
